How did I get here?

Well, how did I get here? Flat broke, that's how. I was attending university and was rapidly running out of cash when I noticed an add in a newspaper. Learn to operate nuclear power plants, no experience necessary. Wow. I can do that! I even worked a bit as a QA engineer. So, I call up the number and what happens? "Navy recruiting office Seattle". Uh, I think I dialed the wrong number. I'm answering this add about the nuke job. Oh, OK, I'll transfer you right over. I'm thinking that maybe its a civilian job with the Nav. That might not be so bad. "Navy recruiting office Spokane". WTF! I'm responding to this add. Can we come over and talk about it. Ummm, No. Did you realize that we have a 20k signing bonus? BAM! I bit the hook hard. I only had a couple hundred dollars to my name and was not going to make it through the school year. Yeah, sure. Come on over and talk to me.

So, how did I get here...they played up my greed and need for cash. Turns out I'm not the only one here like that
